TeamConvene
Invite-only beta opens August 2026 · teams & clubs

Run the whole team
from here.

TeamConvene is the command center for a team that runs like a small organization — the money, the roster, the calendar, the website, the merch, and the competition, all behind one login. It replaces the binder, the spreadsheet, and the six group chats that never quite talk to each other.

Tour a live team — no login

Step straight into a real TeamConvene dashboard and click around freely. It's read-only — nothing you touch is saved.

Read-only preview · some tiles are duplicated from the planning process.
What it is

One dashboard. The whole operation.

Stop running a team out of a dozen tools.

Coaches inherit a mess: a spreadsheet for the budget, a form for the roster, a group chat for reminders, a separate site for sponsors, and email for everything else. Nothing talks to anything.

TeamConvene wires it together. Log a sponsor and it lands in the budget. Stand up a team website and open a merch store from the same place you set the schedule and line up your social posts — all fed by one roster. Every part of running the team, in one login.

Built for FIRST® Robotics teams — and it works just as well for any sport, club, or activity that runs like a small organization.

For administrators

District or school administrator?

Tell us about your district and we'll reach out to arrange access — a walkthrough if you'd like one, and the data privacy agreement your district signs before students are involved. One agreement covers TeamConvene and ClassConvene, so you only sign once.
